About

Eudaimonia Farm is a small permaculture farm (perhaps I should say homestead) in Alto Pass, Illinois. The main goal is to provide the necessaries of life for myself and guests with minimal inputs by way of a sustainable forest of food-producing species. So plenty of paw paws, persimmons, Jerusalem artichokes, nut trees, and other trees or plants placed in order to maximize beneficial interactions and, thereby, growth and productivity. That being said, it’d be a real shame to think of this solely as a place for food production, as I like to think that it can be a place for getting a lot of good thinking and living done, but I’ll delve into that at length as this blog develops.
