Pond Management

Today, I went to a seminar on small lake and pond management through the local USDA office. The meeting started by going through the pamphlet Management of Small Lakes and Ponds in Illinois. Then a local fishery manager came in to take questions. All in all, not that interesting. As for developments with my pond, I’ve decided on my excavator and will get started with that when he’s got a chance (about 2-3 weeks). I wish I had more to share here, but I don’t think that detailing my woodcutting adventures will be all that exciting for anyone, but that’s been most of what I’ve been doing lately.

  1. Maybe you could summarize your woodcutting adventures. Or take a few pictures of all the wood you’ve cut. Maybe you arrange the cut wood to spell out “F U James”. Try to be a little creative, ok?

  2. try my web at http://www.wix.com/ayerweb/ayer. click on ponds or lake.
    read my blog at http://ayermatahari.wordpress.com

maybe i can send you my basic understanding slide presentation..
